7th International Congress of the F.M. Alexander Technique

Anthony Kingsley will be presenting two workshops at the Congress.
Workshop Outline:
These practical workshops will examine what Alexander meant by “a change in thinking”. Is it possible to direct ourselves without visualizing, feeling or doing? Can we use the recognition of our constant desire for end-gaining as a vehicle for learning and development? Can inhibition be seen as a tool for emotional growth and healing? Let’s explore these ideas together.
