Introductory Workshops, Dec 4th & Dec 11th, 2005
The Alexander Studio in central London is offering Introductory Workshops on the Alexander Technique. For those who want to know a bit more about the Alexander Technique, and receive some hands-on experience before embarking on a course of lessons, the Workshop is for you. The sessions will include a presentation on the background and purpose of the Technique, plus practical work and demonstrations.
Places are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment. You can choose either December 4th or December 11th. The workshop will run from 2.30 pm to 4.00 pm with a maximum of 4 or 5 participants. To book your place or for general information, please call Richard on: 07814 196913.
