Introductory Workshop, Sunday May 21st, 2006
The Alexander Studio in central London is offering an Introductory Workshop on the Alexander Technique. For those who want to know a bit more about the Alexander Technique, and receive some hands-on experience before embarking on a course of lessons, the Workshop is for you. The session will include a presentation on the background and purpose of the Technique, plus practical work and demonstrations.
Places are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment. The date of the session is Sunday, May 21st. The workshop will run from 2.30 pm to 4.00 pm with a maximum of 4 or 5 participants.
